Garden machinery often requires disassembly and assembly during maintenance. However, due to the wide variety of types and brands of garden machinery, and their varying construction, haphazard disassembly and assembly can easily damage the machinery. Therefore, both disassembly and assembly must be performed strictly according to established procedures. Consider the disassembly procedure based on the specific construction of the garden machinery to avoid reversing the order of operations. Disassembly should be performed from the outside in, top to bottom. Use specialized tools; never strike directly on parts with a hammer. Be aware of the direction in which parts will be loosened. Handle precision parts with care. For example, long screw shafts should be suspended with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending, deformation, and damage. Disassembled parts should be placed in order on wooden racks, wooden boxes, or parts trays. They should not be placed on the ground to prevent damage or rust. Disassembled parts, such as shafts, gears, screws, washers, and locating pins, should be reassembled as closely as possible to their original configuration. Before disassembly, parts that are manufactured as a set or that are non-interchangeable should be marked and tied together with rope to prevent confusion. This includes gear sets, valves and valve seats, and oil pipe joints. Valve parts should be inserted into their original valve bodies. Parts that do not require repair and are still usable, such as splines and gears, shafts and bearings, should not be disassembled or left unattended. To facilitate inspection, disassembled parts should be cleaned as necessary and then coated with engine oil to prevent rust. When assembling garden machinery, proceed from the inside out and from top to bottom, ensuring that they do not affect subsequent processes. During operation, check critical and complex parts repeatedly to avoid incorrect or missing parts. During installation, be careful not to allow contaminants to enter the parts. During installation, each part should be inspected strictly according to technical specifications. After assembly, the machine should be adjusted and tested promptly.
